Nana Mulder's Methodist Noodle Kugel

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Spray a large casserole dish with PAM. (approximately 13 X 9)
Do this first because your hands are going to be a mess in a minute.
Cook and drain one pound wide egg noodles
While it's cooking put together the following in a very large bowl:
1 cup cottage cheese |
5 eggs - beaten |
1 teaspoon cimmamon |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup butter - melted |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
8 oz. package cream cheese |
1/2 cup honey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups chopped apples with skin |
1/2 cup raisins |

Add the hot drained noodles and mix together well. It's particularly
therapeutic to do this with your hands. Make sure all noodles are coated.
Spread mixture into greased baking dish
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar (equal parts cinnamon and sugar) on top
Bake for 50-55 minutes.
It's done like dinner when a knife stuck into it comes out clean!
